Astrophytum asterias "Super Kabuto" NEW The species have developed aAnother product of master Japanese plant breeder Tony Sato (see Lithops salicola "Sato's Violet" from this week's update), Astrophytum superkabuto originated with a mutation that occurred in just one field collected individual of A. asterias found in 1981 by the Japanese Mr. Masaomi Takeo who then sold to Tony Sato at a high price in Japan.
