Two layers of fluffy vanilla cake dipped in a white chocolate ganache and coated with coconut. Filled with our house made pineapple jam and a generous layer of coconut buttercream. Topped with another layer of pineapple jam and coconut buttercream, finished with a garnish of tropical fresh seasonal fruit. This cake is not like our other tiered layered cakes, which have larger serving sizes. Please take note
