Community Collection and Co-processing of Mixed Plastics in Central Luzon, Philippines (PPRS) Upcycling Plastic such as filmsThis project partner works with aggregators who buy post consumer plastic from waste pickers in the informal waste sector in the Philippines, to ensure the collection and responsible processing of low value post consumer plastics, especially in Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Cavite, and Metro Manila. They also partner with various local governments in solid waste management, helping reduce the amount of waste brought to landfills or, worse, thrown into
