Solid wine, pretty balanced overall, dry and smooth. Tart, medium bodied wine. Cranberry and red fruit with a floral white pepper note. This is a delicious Barbera, suggesting elderberries, black raspberries and violets. Crunchy and fruity on the palate, which is driven along by linear acidity and lots of bright blue fruit.
