Their flagship wine is this Bordeaux Blanc Sec made from 60% Smillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. One third of the dry white blend is given a brief macration on the skins and fermented at low temperature in stainless steel to retain freshness. A fresh and fruity dry wine that has aromas of white flowers and lemon and a crisp, crunchy palette.
