Balance Brewing & Blending Blended Cider Aged On Homegrown Sage Style_Fruited Willett bourbon 36 monthsFor this cider we used a blend of Yarlington Mill and Chisel Jersey from the 2023 season aged in Bordeaux barrels for 9 months. We steeped this blend on dried sage, picked from Will's garden. There is a delicate umami character in this cider in both aroma and flavour which builds as you drink. The sage lifts the underlying apple character and mingles with the tannins to create a wonderfully complex cider, great for pairing with food. Size: 750ml ABV:
