The concept: apply the wine world's obsession with provenance to gin. Three different varieties of organically grown juniper sourced from three distinct Tuscan terroirsMaremma, Val d'Orcia, and Chiantiform the botanical foundation, alongside dog rose, helichrysum, coriander, angelica, and citrus. Distilled in small batches in
