18 inch Elk Frame Drum - with Mallet Store using the traditional mala knotThis beautiful handmade elk drum was built from scratch with materials locally sourced from a native drum supply shop in Washington State. The drum comes with a leather wrapped handle. A mallet is included but may not be the exact one in the photo. This is my favorite animal hide to work with. These frame drums are deceptively simple. Their versatility makes them great for shamanic journeys, ceremonies, sound healing and of course, just playing music.
