The nose shows a beginning of maturity and personality. One perceives stone fruits such as mirabelle plum or Reine Claude, notes of praline and spoon biscut. Later notes of yellow peach and pastry appear. The palate is soft, then we find the sparkle of an airy texture, with a fluid and relaxed body thanks to a sharp vivacity and an imperceptible dosage. The finish is sharp, pointed and
